This pathway establishes the character, biblical understanding, service discipline, and relational maturity required before responsibility expands. It helps learners recognize how faithful service prepares them to lead without prematurely assigning title or authority.

Build confidence in reading Scripture in context and applying biblical truth to everyday conduct and decisions.
