Create one academy account
Establish your learner profile in MBKLA Formation Academy. You will use this same account throughout your learning journey.
New learners start here
Begin with one account and a clear pathway.
Your first step is to create an MBKLA Formation Academy account. Return here to review the pathways and submit your inquiry. Creating an account establishes your learner profile; enrollment is a separate step. The free Kingdom Leadership Bootcamp requires MBKLA approval.
Account creation opens in a new tab. Keep this page open and return here when your account is ready.

Protect your access from the beginning.
Use an email you check regularly
Your academy notices, access information, and password-reset instructions will be connected to the email address you use when creating the account.
Keep your password in a secure place
Create a password known only to you and save it in a secure password manager or another protected place. MBKLA administrators cannot view, retrieve, or send you your password.
If you forget it, use Forgot Password on the academy sign-in page to create a new one.
Choose your pathway
Which responsibility best describes where you are now?
Your pathway is based on present responsibility and development needs—not title alone. Review each pathway before completing the inquiry.

For leaders who want formation, not information alone.
MBKLA serves pastors, ministry leaders, elders, ministers, emerging leaders, lay leaders, and others entrusted with meaningful responsibility in ministry or community.
Our work is designed for people who want biblical understanding to shape character, judgment, relationships, stewardship, and leadership practice. Approved learning is delivered through MBKLA Formation Academy. MBKLA does not determine your calling or confer ministry authority. We help develop the capacity to lead responsibly within what God has entrusted to you.
Your next step
Tell us which pathway you are considering.
After creating your account, open the MBKLA Inquiry and Conversation Form. Choose your pathway, or select “Not Sure — I Need Guidance.” For the free Bootcamp, write “Kingdom Leadership Bootcamp” in the question asking what prompted your inquiry. Share your current role and what you hope to develop.
Please do not include confidential pastoral, legal, medical, abuse, safety, or emergency information. MBKLA personally acknowledges inquiries received Monday through Friday within one business day.
Open the Learner Inquiry ↗Use the same email address as your Academy account. After submitting, watch that inbox for MBKLA’s reply and enrollment guidance. Need help? Email contact@mbkleadership.org.
Creating an account or submitting an inquiry does not guarantee enrollment, acceptance, placement, or access to a particular course or pathway.
