Why MBKLA exists
Calling deserves more than enthusiasm. It requires formation.
Many sincere people are placed in leadership without the theological grounding, leadership framework, or guided development needed to lead well. MBKLA helps close that gap.
We do not teach people what their specific calling must be. We help them develop the understanding, character, and leadership capacity to walk responsibly in the calling God has entrusted to them.
