Why MBKLA exists
Leadership begins with Kingdom formation and alignment.
Our specific work is leadership formation: helping emerging and serving leaders grow in biblical understanding, Christlike character, responsible leadership practice, and accountable stewardship. We support churches and ministries by preparing people to serve faithfully within them.
MBKLA’s learning pathways complement the worship, discipleship, pastoral care, and ministry oversight of a local church. We do not define a person’s specific calling, confer ministry authority, or replace pastoral discernment. We prepare people to lead responsibly within what God has entrusted to them.

MBKLA Formation Academy is the digital learning academy of Master Builders Kingdom Leadership Academy. Delivered through Thinkific, it offers courses, guided reflection, and practical application. Enrollment requirements vary by learning experience. The Embassy is the learning and formation community within MBKLA Formation Academy. Creating an account establishes a learner profile; inquiry review and enrollment are separate steps.
