Rolston Cordner is MBKLA’s Director of Data Strategy and Special Projects, bringing over 30 years of expertise in analytics, AI solutions, and organizational transformation. He strengthens MBKLA’s leadership operations by translating complex data into clear, actionable strategies that support growth, governance, and Kingdom-aligned excellence.

Rolston Cordner serves as the Director of Data Strategy and Special Projects at Master Builders Kingdom Leadership Academy, bringing more than three decades of expertise in data analytics, strategic planning, and enterprise-level systems management. His work strengthens MBKLA’s commitment to excellence by translating complex data into actionable insights that inform decision-making, operational efficiency, and long-term organizational growth.

His professional background includes influential roles within the Broward County School Board District—first as a Senior Data Analyst and now as a Data Management Specialist—where he led the development of an AI-powered dashboard recommendation system that increased user engagement by 90%. His career also encompasses impactful contributions at Travelers Insurance, the National Council on Compensation Insurance (NCCI), and the residential and commercial real estate sectors.

Rolston’s academic foundation reflects a deep commitment to technology, design, and systems thinking, with degrees from CUNY (A.A.S. in Design Technology), SUNY (B.Sc. in Construction Engineering Technology), and a Master’s in Technology and Design from Jones International University. His experience as a lecturer at Palm Beach Community College, Broward College, ITT Technical Institute, and Lincoln College of Technology demonstrates his passion for developing emerging leaders and cultivating analytical thinkers.

A recognized expert in statistical modeling, predictive analysis, and AI-driven solutions, Rolston brings strategic clarity to MBKLA’s data governance, project development, and organizational transformation initiatives. His professional interests also extend to real estate investment strategies and leadership mentorship.

 

He continues to expand his expertise through advanced data science and threat-assessment training, including specialized webinars with the United States Secret Service’s National Threat Assessment Center. This unique skill set positions him to support MBKLA with precision, foresight, and a deep commitment to building resilient, Kingdom-minded systems.
