She brings a unique blend of theological depth, academic training, and operational expertise, grounding MBKLA in uncompromising Kingdom principles while building a rigorous, research-driven educational institution.

Kim holds a Master of Science in Public Management and a Bachelor’s degree in Theology, a combination that informs her commitment to organizational excellence, public-sector strategy, and biblically sound leadership formation. As the architect of MBKLA, she designs every curriculum framework, course pathway, assessment model, and leadership rubric used across the academy, ensuring alignment with Kingdom Mindedness and the Basileiology foundation that anchors MBKLA’s doctrine and instructional philosophy.

She is a Certified Online Course Creator and Facilitator, a Certified Training Facilitator, and a Certified Adjunct Instructor—credentialed through Mercer University and Arise Virtual Solutions—bringing advanced instructional design, adult-learning methodology, and competency-based training expertise to MBKLA’s academic environment. Her work integrates theological scholarship, leadership science, Kingdom anthropology, and cultural reconstruction, forming a comprehensive model for raising Kingdom leaders prepared to influence contemporary culture with integrity and authority.

Kim’s leadership extends beyond course creation; she develops MBKLA’s academic standards, institutional frameworks, publishing infrastructure, global discipleship strategy, and leadership development systems. Her mission is to restore Kingdom culture, rebuild moral leadership, and prepare believers to function as effective citizens and ambassadors of the Kingdom of God—across nations, generations, and cultural contexts.

As Founder and Chair, Kim continues to shape MBKLA’s direction with clarity, conviction, and deep spiritual discernment, committed to building an academy that forms leaders equipped to disciple, minister, govern, and steward the influence granted to them by God.
