Kim Parks is the Founder, Chair, and chief architect of Master Builders Kingdom Leadership Academy, leading the academy’s vision, curriculum design, and global Kingdom-leadership development strategy. Kim holds a Master of Science in Public Management and a Bachelor’s degree in Theology, a combination that informs her commitment to organizational excellence, public-sector strategy, and biblically sound leadership formation. As the architect of MBKLA, she designs every curriculum framework, course pathway, assessment model, and leadership rubric used across the academy, ensuring alignment with Kingdom Mindedness and the Basileiology foundation that anchors MBKLA’s doctrine and instructional philosophy.

She is a Certified Online Course Creator and Facilitator, a Certified Training Facilitator, and a Certified Adjunct Instructor—credentialed through Mercer University and Arise Virtual Solutions—bringing advanced instructional design, adult-learning methodology, and competency-based training expertise to MBKLA’s academic environment. Her work integrates theological scholarship, leadership science, Kingdom anthropology, and cultural reconstruction, forming a comprehensive model for raising Kingdom leaders prepared to influence contemporary culture with integrity and authority.
